How do I unsubscribe?

Sign in to your Account.
Go to My Subscriptions.
Select the relevant subscription from the list.
Select 'Unsubscribe’.
Your subscription will be unsubscribed immediately.
We will not take any further payments.
An email confirming you have unsubscribed will be sent immediately.
Your pet's prescription will remain in your account and you can re-instate at any time providing the prescription has not reached its expiration date.
