How do I re-instate from unsubscribed?
Updated at:
- Sign in to your Account.
- Go to My Subscriptions.
- Select the relevant subscription from the list.
- Check your payment card is still valid and if not input a new payment card.
- Check your pet prescription has not reached expiration. If it has, please contact your practice.
- Click 'Reinstate'.
